    We're offering you a chance to assess different malts using an industry recognized method much better than simply munching on the malt called the Hot Steep Method (http://blog.brewingwithbriess.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/05/Briess_WortSensory_ASBCHotSteepMethod.pdf).  From 5:30 to 7:00pm (while samples last), we'll have liquid samples derived from 3 or 4 different malts, different featured malts last Friday of each Summer month. There is no charge for this. Follow us on facebook for details of which malts we'll be featuring on each date. We'll have about 20-25 samples of each individual malt on each date.
